Do you ship globally?

Yes! We are launching global shipping with our November 15th drop (9AM PST).

DHL, USPS, UPS, and FedEx Shipping services are available to choose from. We will be packing and shipping orders immediately, starting 11/15, until quantities last.

Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs, including Taxes and Duties.

Exchanges and Returns for Store Credit are allowed for international orders but we ask that customers cover the cost of shipping. We highly recommend measuring yourself and using our size guide to choose your pair. Our Pre-Order cowgirls tell us it's a game changer!

What are your jeans made out of?

Deadbroke jeans are made of 99% cotton, 1% elastane — plenty sturdy with just enough stretch to swing your leg over a horse (or run through an airport, if that’s more your vibe).

Our goal is to use fabrics that support the cowgirl lifestyle: tough as nails, stylish, and cool as hell. And we’re always looking for ways to improve.

Do you have partnership opportunities available?

Not at the moment — but we love that you’re interested.

We’re still building our foundation, but partnerships are something we’re really excited about for the future.

How do I pick my size? Are your sizes comparable to other brands?

We know it’s a little extra effort, but trust us — it’s worth it.

Are your jeans true to size?

Yes — but when we say “true to size,” we mean the size you measure into using our Size Guide, not necessarily the size you’re used to grabbing off the rack.

Deadbroke jeans are designed to fit real bodies doing real work — so a proper fit starts with taking your measurements.

We highly recommend measuring yourself before ordering — it’s quick, easy, and makes all the difference. If you're between sizes, we recommend:

  • Going true to your measured size for a relaxed, comfy fit
  • Sizing down if you prefer a snugger fit that’ll mold to your body over time

Do you offer returns?

Yes, we offer returns for store credit only, excluding shipping costs. If you're ready to begin, Start Your Return Here.

As a tiny business just getting started, traditional returns/exchanges would overwhelm us — but we are committed to making sure you get a great fit.

You can return your jeans for store credit as long as:

  • They’re unworn and unwashed
  • Free from odors, stains, or signs of wear
  • The Deadbroke ribbon is still intact

Store credit will be available as soon as new inventory is live.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — while quantities last.

If you’d like to make an exchange, the same rules apply as for returns: jeans must be unworn, unwashed, and ribbon intact.

Please note that shipping costs for returns/exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.
