Start a Return or Exchange through the link in your Order Confirmation email

We’re committed to making jeans you love. If your jeans aren't quite right, you can exchange them for a new size, return them for store credit or a refund to your original payment method*, within 15 days of delivery, at a flat rate of $8 for US Domestic orders. Shipping labels are provided through Shopify. Returns and Exchanges must be shipped in the original packaging, or they may incur additional carrier fees ($6-9). These fees will be passed on to the customer. 

Returned/Exchanged jeans must be UNWORN and UNWASHED within 15 days of delivery. Items that appear worn, have stains, or odours, pet hairs, etc. will not be accepted. We strongly recommend trying on your jeans in your home, not your barn.

We ask that International customers cover all return and exchange shipping costs (including duties). We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.

*Trial program: Jeans may be returned for refund to original payment method within 15 days of delivery, starting for orders placed on or after 06/15/2026 and before 07/01/2026.
