Welcome to Deadbroke Denim®. This website is operated by Deadbroke Denim®. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Deadbroke Denim®. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available here, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated below.
By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you’re engaging with our Service and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you don’t agree to all these terms, we kindly ask that you not use our website or purchase from us.
Any new features or tools added to the store will also be subject to these Terms. You can review the most up-to-date version on this page anytime. We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with the online e-commerce platform to sell our products to you.
1. Ordering & Pre-Orders
- When you place an order (including pre-orders), you’re committing to the purchase and we are so grateful.
- Because pre-orders directly fund production, we’re unable to offer cash refunds. However, we’re committed to making jeans you love. Returns are eligible for store credit, and we offer a limited number of size exchanges, subject to availability and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
- If you need to change your size on a pre-order, email us at deadbroke.denim@gmail.com before July 15, 2025.
- Prices and availability may change at any time. If we can’t fulfill your order, we’ll contact you with options.
2. Shipping & Fulfillment
- Pre-order timelines are estimates—we’ll do everything we can to deliver on time, but delays can happen. We’ll keep you updated.
- Shipping costs and taxes are calculated at checkout. International customers are responsible for any duties and import fees.
- Once your order ships, it’s in the hands of the carrier. We’ll do our best to help with any issues, but we aren’t responsible for lost or delayed packages.
3. Returns & Exchanges

Pre-orders are final sale, as they directly fund production. We do not offer cash refunds. However, we’re committed to making jeans you love. Eligible returns will receive store credit, and we offer a limited number of size exchanges, subject to availability and managed on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you return for store credit, you’ll have the opportunity to apply that credit toward future inventory — we’ll prioritize your access during upcoming production runs to help ensure you get the size or style you need.
If returns or exchanges become available for stocked inventory in the future, we’ll provide full details here.
4. Product Information & Pricing
- We do our best to display our products accurately, but screen settings vary, and colors may look different in person.
- Prices and product availability are subject to change at any time.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion.
5. Payment & Account Information
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and shipping information for all purchases.
- If we need to cancel or adjust an order, we may contact you via email or the billing information provided at checkout.
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that seem fraudulent or intended for resale.
6. Intellectual Property
- Deadbroke Denim®’s branding, designs, and content are ours—please don’t use them without permission.
7. Limited Liability & Warranties
- Our jeans are made for real work, but we can’t promise they’ll turn you into a better rider, roper, or rancher.
- Deadbroke Denim® is not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses related to using our products.
- We don’t guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.
8. User Conduct & Prohibited Use
- You agree not to use our site for unlawful purposes, to violate intellectual property rights, or to spread harmful code.
- We reserve the right to terminate service if these terms are violated.
