Shipping Policy

FREE outbound shipping on US orders via UPS and USPS Ground Advantage (2-5 business day delivery, after 1-2 days order processing).

PAID shipping for international orders, offered at best available rates!

At Deadbroke Denim®, we’re committed to getting your order to you as smoothly as possible. We’re a small business, which means every order is packed with care—but we also ask for a little patience as we handle fulfillment.


Processing & Shipping Times

  • Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping times may vary based on your location and the carrier’s schedule.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Costs & Carriers

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • Free Shipping is available to US Domestic orders, starting 1/30.

Order Tracking & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update.
  • Once a package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, Deadbroke Denim® is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue arises, we recommend contacting the carrier directly.
  • If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your neighbors or local post office before reaching out.

International Shipping & Duties

  • We do offer international shipping.
  • Customers are responsible for all duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees. These costs are determined by your local customs office and are not included in your order total.
  • Deadbroke Denim® is not responsible for any customs delays or additional fees charged upon delivery.
  • International orders must cover all shipping, tax, and duties related to returns or exchanges.

Address Issues & Shipping Errors

  • Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • If you realize you’ve entered the wrong address, email us immediately at contact@deadbroke-denim.com —if your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it, but an update cannot be guaranteed.

Delays & Force Majeure

  • We strive to meet our shipping timelines, but sometimes delays happen due to carrier issues, supply chain disruptions, or unexpected events. We appreciate your patience.
